Hodkin & Company was founded in 1994 with the philosophy that we were there to help our clients with whatever legal services they required.
Our team has many years of collective experience in delivering high quality work in a variety of matters, such as wills, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, property, business, matrimonial, probate and estate administration. For a fuller list of services, please click here.
We have five members of the team who may work on your matter.
Peter Hodkin – Principal/Solicitor & Notary Public
Peter qualified in 1989 and has vast experience in a wide range of services. In 1994 he started his own firm. Peter has been involved in a number of high profile legal cases and has enjoyed success in many legal forums, including cases for clients in the County Court, Family Court, High Court, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court, European Court of Human Rights and different tribunals. He also serves as a Notary Public.
Helen Barlow – Legal Assistant
Helen has 40 years of experience, and has been with the firm since the beginning. She is meticulous in her work, a pleasure to work with and specialises in conveyancing and leases, both domestic and commercial, and other non-contentious and contentious matters.
Lee Blazer – Assistant Solicitor
Lee qualified as a Solicitor in 2018. She is keen and focused, taking on matters in a wide expanse of law including Contract Law, Loan and Commercial agreements, Equity Release, Wills, Estate Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Matrimonial, Settlement Agreements, and Conveyancing. Lee is also fluent in written and spoken Hebrew.
Sylvia Tomlin – Legal Assistant
Sylvia has worked as a Legal Assistant for over 30 years and has been with Hodkin & Company since 2012. She specialises in residential conveyancing, and has a friendly and thorough approach to your sale and/or purchase.
Livia Sedovic – Legal Assistant
Livia joined Hodkin & Company in 2017. She specialises in probate work, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
