What our clients say

Wills

Will appointments are usually at our local office, but can also be conducted over the telephone for anyone living in England or Wales.

If you want to make a will by telephone simply call us on (01342) 325765.

The price for a professional solicitor drawn will, whether by telephone or appointment at our office, is currently just £195 plus VAT per will.

Remember that most people die without leaving a will, and that this sometimes can cause great problems for their loved ones. Many people think that all of their property will automatically go to their partner when they die. However, unless they leave a will, this is often not the case.

Anyone who is 18 years of age or older, with property or children, and who would like to decide who will care for their children or inherit their property when they are gone, needs to make a will.
